1. Sales Terms
All product and service sales by DLC Mining Store (in-store or via www.dlcminingstore.com) are subject to these terms. Buyer terms are only valid if approved in writing by authorized DLC personnel.
2. Quotes & Orders
Quotes are valid for 60 days unless stated otherwise. Prices are confirmed at order time but may change if shipping is delayed beyond 90 days. Orders may only be canceled with written approval. Special/custom products are non-cancelable and may incur fees.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Lead Times: Estimated dates are not guaranteed.
Partial Deliveries: May occur; each is invoiced separately.
Damage Claims: Must be reported within 72 hours; damages during transit must be claimed with the carrier.
Shipping Terms: Prices are F.O.B. shipping point unless stated otherwise.
Order Processing: Orders via website are 24/7; after-hours orders process next business day. New customers may require verification.
