1. Standard Terms and Conditions

All sales of products and services by DLC Mining Store, whether in person or via its website (www.dlcminingstore.com), are subject to the following terms and conditions. Any additional or conflicting terms submitted by the buyer will not be binding unless expressly approved in writing by an authorized representative of DLC Mining Store.

2. Quotes and Orders

2.A Quotes
Quotes are valid for 60 days unless otherwise stated. Prices and availability may be viewed at any time on www.dlcminingstore.com. DLC Mining Store reserves the right to adjust quote validity periods at its discretion.

2.B Orders
Confirmed prices are firm, but if a product is not shipped within 90 days from the order date, prices may be subject to changes due to supplier or manufacturer increases. Prices effective at the time of shipment will apply.

2.C Cancellation Policy
Orders may only be canceled or modified with prior written approval. Special or custom items, or products marked non-cancelable/non-returnable by the supplier, cannot be canceled. Approved cancellations may result in processing fees and charges for completed or partially completed products.

3. Shipping and Delivery

3.A Estimated Lead Times
Shipping dates are estimates based on conditions at the time of sale. DLC Mining Store will attempt to meet requested delivery dates but is not liable for delays beyond its control.

3.B Partial Deliveries
DLC Mining Store reserves the right to ship orders in multiple installments. Each shipment will be invoiced separately and must be paid accordingly.

3.C Damage Claims
Products must be inspected within 72 hours of receipt. Claims for visible damages or shortages must be reported immediately. DLC Mining Store is not responsible for shipping damage—such claims should be filed directly with the carrier. Photographing damaged packaging is recommended for proof.

3.D Shipping Conditions
All prices are F.O.B. (Free on Board) shipping point unless otherwise stated. Rush orders should be clearly communicated via the website or by phone.

3.E Order Processing
Orders may be placed 24/7 on www.dlcminingstore.com. Orders submitted after 17:00 (GMT+3) will be processed on the next business day. First-time customers may be subject to additional verification.
